Linda assisted with both the sale and purchase of my new home. The sale of my home went very smoothly. Linda is an experienced stager and gave useful suggestions to make the property more appealing and ready for sale. We received more than asking price. Now for the purchase of my new home. While we were looking for our new home she was very honest and made it a point to help us research information on properties seen. She always went the extra mile to research things we were unsure about so that I had the best information (i.e. how solar panel contract worked, empty lot plans next to a home, etc). The actual purchase of my home was a nightmare. This was not Linda's fault there were just a lot of issues with the house itself and a complicated deal. Linda ensured that she always kept me in the loop of what was going on and next steps. She is a very hard worker and had to talk me down from the ledge after several meltdowns. Even after the transactions were complete she continues to check in to make sure things are going well and that we are loving our new home. She also willingly assisted me with finding contractors to help me with my next projects. Linda is very personable, professional and responsive and that is coming from a very vocal client. She was always available or ensured that she called me back quickly regardless of the time and day. I can't tell you how many times I called her at 8 at night. If you need a hard-working realtor Linda is your person.
